The Fast & Furious franchise just got a little fancier. Australian rapper Iggy Azalea earned a cameo in the seventh film of the franchise, at least according to star Vin Diesel.
Diesel, who can be heard yelling “I am Groot” in this weekend’s Guaridans of the Galaxy, took to Facebook to share a still from Fast & Furious 7. The image shows him holding hands and laughing with the “Fancy” rapper.
“Still from Fast Seven,” he wrote in the caption. “Toretto Tuesday.”
The actor has been using his Facebook page continuously throughout the Fast & Furious 7 filming process, sharing tributes to the late Paul Walker and posting updates. He once shared an image of Walker standing next to his brother, who looks coincidentally like Walker. “Though this may be one of the hardest things I have had to do in my career, I can't help but to think... that it will also be the most significant,” Diesel wrote of the new film.
Fast & Furious 7, which will also star Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez and Kurt Russell, will hit theaters on April 3, 2015. The film was directed by James Wan and, now that Azalea is involved, will probably include a new track from her.
