Miley Cyrus sticks it to scammers with topless pic: she’s REALLY not dead

By Daniel Levine,

A combination of Miley Cyrus’ bizarre Instagram activity and her Twitter silence sparked rumors that something was up with the “Wrecking Ball” singer. One rumor that began was that she was dead, but - shockingly - she is still alive and Cyrus let everyone know it with a topless picture.

Cyrus has posted several odd pictures on Instagram in the past few days, but nothing really out of the ordinary for the former Disney Channel star. However, she must have caught wind of the death hoax scam that was going around on Facebook. The posts read, “{SHOCKING) Miley Cyrus Found Dead in Her Los Angeles Home! Country singer Miley Cyrus found overdosed this afternoon in her Los Angeles home.” However, if you were fooled and clicked on it, no pictures or video of a dead Cyrus could be found. It was all a scam.

So, to prove that she really is alive (and to get some headlines), Cyrus posted a topless picture, with her back to the camera with mountains behind her. She offered no comment with the picture.

Later, Cyrus posted a photo of herself kissing director Brett Ratner. “Movie night w my favorite directorzzzz,” she wrote.

Cyrus has been mostly silent on Twitter still, though. She did post a psychedelic picture promoting her “Wrecking Ball” MTV Video Music Awards nomination.
