DeMarcus Cousins has been listed as day-to-day after he banged knees with Anthony Davis during a Team USA practice on Thursday.
An MRI showed no structural damage, physician for USA Basketball Lisa Callahan said, but the Sacramento Kings star will still sit out Saturday's game, the Chicago Tribune reports.
"Even if he is 100 percent OK, he's going to have rest and get treatments," director Jerry Colangelo said.

After the on-court accident, Cousins was seen favoring his right leg as teammates helped him get off the court. Colangelo said at the time that he was "wishful, hopeful" the injury wouldn't prove too severe.
Before even knowing the diagnosis, he explained that Cousins would take the upcoming exhibition game off just to make sure the knee doesn't suffer any further damage.
Colangelo said during exhibitions before FIBA World Cup the team would wear shooting shirts honoring George.
