Former American Idol contestant Josh Gracin has been found alive after fears he had attempted suicide following posting a public suicide note.
On Thursday, he posted a chilling note to his followers on Facebook, writing "Please remember me as someone who gave his all in music" and "pray for my family as they carry on in this world without me."
Gracin’s manager has since posted a note to his fans on Twitter letting them know he’s “safe.”
“This is Josh's manager, Amy. Thank you everyone for your prayers & concern. Josh is safe & with his family now. I promise to update soon,” she wrote.

He, himself, then apologized to his fans on Facebook and wrote, “To all of you.. I apologize dearly for what I have put you through today… I am ok and I am getting help. I am so sorry to all of you.”
Taste of Country reports Gracin and his wife, Ann, have three children together. He started off the alarming note by hinting at some trouble in his marriage.
“I’ve loved her for 17 years. I made mistakes … I’ve admitted them, told her the truth and she turned her back on me when I needed her help the most,” he wrote.
