George Clooney, Amal Alamuddin wedding will be in Vogue, since Anna Wintour is going

George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin are reportedly inviting Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour to their wedding, which means that she must be covering it for the magazine.

A source for the New York Post’s Page Six said that Wintour will be one of the few guests invited to the wedding. Even though it will be a private affair, Wintour will cover it in the magazine.

“She wouldn’t go there and not cover it,” the Post’s source claimed.

Wintour’s close friend Oscar de la Renta is designing Alamuddin’s wedding gown. Wintour “and Oscar are such good friends and [she’d] want to give him some attention,” the source added.

Women’s Wear Daily had reported yesterday that Clooney’s tux will be designed by Giorgio Armani.

The couple’s nuptials are back in the news this week since it was reported that the two got a marriage licence in London with a notice posted outside Chelsea Old Town Hall. However, they are planning on hosting the ceremony in Italy.

Clooney proposed to Alamuddin, a human rights lawyer, in April. This will be his second marriage.
