The drummer for Kings of Leon, Nathan Followill, was injured in a tour bus accident, causing the band to postpone their Sunday concert in Saratoga Springs, New York.
The accident took place after the band’s concert in Boston on Saturday night. The delay was announced shortly after the accident which left Followill with broken ribs, reported AceShowbiz.
Kings of Leon announced the postponement on their official Facebook page, giving details about the accident.
Followill was treated at the hospital where he seems to be on the mend. He tweeted a thank you to concerned fans on his Twitter.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kings of Leon is touring in support of their 2013 album Mechanical Bull. The band is scheduled to play on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on August 12. That appearance has not been postponed, as of yet, despite Followill’s injury.
The Sunday show was not rescheduled to a specific date, but refunds were available. The next stop on the New York tour for the band is a show in Wantagh, N.Y. on August 13.
