Jay Z and Beyoncé may sing about being on the run, but one man couldn't run from the law after groping a woman and biting off her boyfriend's fingertip during the music superstars' concert Saturday.
The incident occurred at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, where Jay Z and Beyoncé were performing. According to The Pasadena Star-News, Roberto Alcaraz-Garnica, 25, groped a woman and the woman's boyfriend confronted him. In the ensuing scuffle, Alcaraz-Garnica bit off the tip of the man's finger.
Alcaraz-Garnica was arrested at approximately 10 p.m. and held on $100,000 bond on suspicion of sexual battery and mayhem, defined as disabling or disfiguring another person, according to NBC. Alcaraz will be held awaiting an initial court date.
NBC reports that, out of the 55,000 concert attendees, there were 11 arrests including the biting incident. The other arrests included eight public intoxication and two scalpers.
