What do you do when your child ignores your calls and texts? Well, Sharon Standiford locks her son’s phone using her own. And now, because of her, you can too.
Standiford's frustration with her son, Bradley, and his maddening communication habits drove her to develop a new Android app. The app, Ignore No More, was born in just a few months, according to The Independent.
Essentially, the app allows you to lock your child’s phone from all features aside from calling a select group of contacts and 911. “It takes away texting, it takes away the gaming, it takes away calling their friends,” Standiford said, as reported by KFOR.com.
Victims of this teenage torment will need a password to unlock their devices and end the trauma, a password their parents can give them…when they call them back.
When asked how he felt about his mom’s new masterpiece, Ignore No More, Bradley said, “Um, well I thought it was a good idea, but for other people, not me.”
