Actor Evan Peters and drummer Questlove are celebrating their birthdays today, January 20.

Film and television actor Evan Peters turns 28 today. Peters earned the starring role in his film debut in Clipping Adam. Peters went on to appear in television commercials for Sony PlayStation, Sour Patch Kids, Papa John's Pizza, Progressive Insurance and Kellogg.

Peters starred in the film Sleepover, the Disney Channel series Phil of the Future and the ABC shows The Days and Invasion. His filmography includes role in Never Back Down and it's sequel Never Back Down 2: The Beatdown, Kick-Ass, The Good Doctor and Adult World.

Peters has also made numerous television appearances in Without a Trace, Monk, House, One Tree Hill, Ghost Whisperer, Criminal Minds, The Mentalist, The Office and Parenthood.

Peters' breakthrough role came as Tate Langdon in the FX series American Horror Story. He continued in the series with American Horror Story: Asylum, American Horror Story: Coven and American Horror story: Freak Show. He most recently played Quicksilver in X-Men: Days of Future Past and will reprise his role in X-Men: Apocalypse.

Peters is currently engaged to actress Emma Roberts.

Questlove, 44

Drummer, DJ, music journalist and record producer Questlove turns 44 today. Born Ahmir Khalib Thompson, Questlove formed The Roots in 1987 with Tariq Trotter in Philadelphia. The group released their debut album, Organix in 1993, which was followed by their two critically acclaimed albums, Do You Want More?!!!??! and Illadelphia Halflife.

In 2000, The Roots earned the Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group for their collaboration with Erykah Badu in "You Got Me." The song boosted sales for their album, Things Fall Apart, which went platinum.

Questlove served as an executive producer for D'Angelo's album Voodoo and Common's Like Water for Chocolate and Electric Circus. He played drums on Christina Aguilera's "Loving Me 4 Me," John Mayer's "Clarity" and Joss Stone's "Fell In Love with a Boy."

Questlove made appearances in The Longest Yard, Chappelle's Show, Bamboozled, Brooklyn Babylon and Before the Music Dies. In 2013, Questlove released a memoir titled Mo' Meta Blues: The World According to Questlove.

Questlove performs with The Roots for Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and continued their duties for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
