Neighbor leaves handicapped woman rude letter over parking spot

A disabled woman in Ohio received a nasty letter from a neighbor after she asked that the person not park in her designated spot.

Amputee Coalition of America noted that Ashley Brady, 26, of Miamisburg, lost her leg this past summer and has been trying to adjust to life using a prosthetic to get her around. Something she has really been looking forward to was the apartment complex where she resides giving her a parking spot near her place. The designated spot would shorten her trips back and forth to the car and hopefully avoid slips and falls on the ice that she struggled with during the winter.

Brady told ABC22 that when she finally did her spot, she came home to find someone parked in it. So she left a note on the vehicle because there was not a handicap license plate or display card hanging from the rearview mirror.

"I was stern and confident in what I was saying and just letting her know she doesn't know what its like to walk around without your own leg," Brady said. "She in return had placed this really rude note under my windshield wiper."

The harsh letter reads:

“1st, never place your hands on my car again! 2nd, honey you ain’t the only one with “struggles.” You want pity go to a one leg support group! You messed with the wrong one! I don’t care about what your note said shove it, but you touch my car again and I will file a report, I am not playing! I let the office know the cry baby one leg touches my property I will cause trouble so go cry your struggles to someone who cares cause I’m walking away with both mine!!!!!!"

Brady posted the note on social media. It has since went viral and she has received tons of support from people all over.

She also filed a police report and vowed that if the car ever parks in her spot again that she will have it towed.
