30 Rock "Jackie Jormp-Jomp"

Liz is still suspended from her sexual harassment incident from the last episode. She is taking harassment classes and is not allowed to return to the office. She is not allowed to do this and is caught by Kenneth the Page searching for a script. Kenneth blows his rape whistle and Jack arrives to escort Liz from the studio.

With nothing to do, Liz is bothering the doormen. While talking about how busy her job keeps her, she meets one of her neighbors, who reveals that her building has a fitness room and vending machines. She follows and is initiated into a life of leisure with a former investment banker, a writer of a cooking book for mixed-race children, a rich widow, and a mild sufferer of lupus with great insurance. What follows is a clever sequence as Liz enjoys all the amenities while saying she will only stay for a drink. Before she knows it, it is midnight and all the ladies are ready for their beauty sleep. Liz realizes this is the life for her. In her meeting to take her off of suspension, she sexually harasses the official and is put back on suspension.

Meanwhile, Jenna discovers that her Janis Joplin biopic was renamed to Jackie Jormp-Jomp and in order to promote it, she must go on the award show circuit, namely the Kid's Choice Awards. Due to a miscommunication with the show's producers, Jack inadvertently has Jenna put in the memoriam section, meaning everyone thinks Jenna is dead. Jack sees this as a huge opportunity, thinking that, like Tupac Shakur, they can cash in on the star's "death."

While this is going on, Kenneth is in love with one of the dancers, yet after announcing his intentions to marry her, he discovers Dot Com is already in a relationship with the dancer, causing Kenneth to be upset. Seeing the tension, Tracy sets his plans in motion. He first fires the dancer, which leads to all the dancers quitting. So he finds replacements, all of which are either transvestites or pregnant. Tracy reveals if Liz were around, the situation would have been fixed.

Jack tells Jenna of his plans to plan an obituary for Jenna on TGS. When Jenna sees her real birth year, she freaks out, and ruins everything in order to hide that she is 40. Liz, thinking that the women she is spending time with are women of leisure, finds that it is actually a fight club. She returns to TGS with a black eye and eager to work. While berating Jenna and Tracy for ruining everything, she can't hide the smile on her face. Tracy and Jenna interpret this as she is going to do something awful to them and run out of the room frightened. Posting her certificate announcing that she graduated her sexual harassment class on the door, Liz is happy to be back at TGS.

30 Rock continues to be one of the silliest and funniest shows on television. Each of the last two seasons have ended on some pretty big events, so it will be interesting to wait and watch what 30 Rock will throw at viewers this time.
