52nd Annual Grammy Nominees Revealed

Nominations for the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards were announced Wednesday night. For the second year in a row the nominees were revealed in a televised concert special on CBS. The list for 2010 is noticeably eclectic in nature, with the likes of Lady Gaga, Beyoncé and Kings of Leon battling it out for "Record of The Year."

R&B singer, Beyoncé, leads the pack this year with 10 Grammy nominations. Following closely on her heels is Country artist, Taylor Swift, who picked up 8 nods. The Black Eyed Peas, Maxwell and Kanye West all tied with 6 nominations.

Despite being ineligible for the "Best New Artist" category - Lady Gaga managed to score 5 nominations - including "Song of The Year." Likewise, Jay-Z also snagged 5 nods. Colbie Caillat, Kings of Leon, RedOne, T-Pain and Keith Urban held up their own, receiving 4 nominations each.
