53-year-old Man Arrested Again for Attempting to Stalk Miley

An Appling, Ga., man has been arrested again for attempting to stalk Miley Cyrus.

According to TMZ, Mark McLeod, 53, was seen this week around the Tybee Island, Ga., set where Cyrus, 16, is currently shooting a movie. Police obtained a warrant and arrested him Tuesday for "attempted stalking."

Tybee police told local news affiliate WTOC that the film's security officers called them after McLeod was spotted around the set and he asked where he could find the actress Sunday. The crew was not filming on Sunday and the 53-year-old left when police arrived.

Police told him to stay away from Cyrus in June after he was arrested for "disorderly conduct." During the arrest he told police that no one could keep them from "being together."

TMZ reported that McLeod said the actress used her TV show to send him "secret messages."

He is currently being held at the Columbia County Detention Center.
