8 Months Later Doctor Murray is Still Free

Michael Jackson's doctor, accused of his death, has yet to turn himself in.

Eight months after the late, great Michael Jackson's death, his potential killer has yet to be indicted. Doctor Conrad Murray is being charged for involuntary manslaughter; however, he has yet to turn himself in.

The prosecuting team in Los Angeles isn’t letting Dr. Conrad Murray catch a break. Murray is the man prosecutors believe should be held responsible for giving Michael Jackson numerous medications, leading to his untimely death. Prosecutors want to make sure he doesn’t receive special treatment. They want to indict Murray immediately.

Murray, was expected to turn himself in today; however, his lawyers withdrew because they didn’t want him to spend the night in jail. This will lead to Murray being picked up at his home early next week. TMZ reports, “Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyers plan on holding a news conference near the courthouse where Dr. Murray was set to be arraigned.” There is no clue as to what twisted turn this case will take next.
