Oscar-winning actress Jane Fonda, 73, reveals how she boosted her personal libido thanks to the use of male hormone, testosterone.
Her recently learned techniques of improving her sex drive have raised many eyebrows over psychological and physical side effects. However, Fonda candidly admits, "Here's something I haven't said publicly yet: I discovered testosterone about three years ago, which makes a huge difference if you want to remain sexual and your libido has dropped," encouraging other women to follow suit despite the controversial treatment.
However, Fonda admits that side effects have caused her to (temporarily?) stop taking the hormone because she was developing acne which was interfering with her plastic surgery.
The actress, gone writer, has published an autobiography including a chapter containing sex tips for individuals over their 70s.
The 50-page chapter titled "The Changing Landscape of Sex When You're Over the Hill" emphasizes that one must not dampen their sex lives due to passage of time.
