Adele fans may face a long wait until her next album

Adele recently announced that she might not release another album for the next two to three years. After a recent surgery on her vocal chords, the “Rolling in the Deep” singer will be taking a break in light of all of the success with her 21 album.

Billboard did a recent interview with the Grammy-nominated Adele. Adele also talks about staying grounded and how her musical career does not fully define her. Adele talks openly with Billboard magazine and says she has not even thought about her next album. Adele mentioned that this has been a year that will forever define her professional career but it has not defined her personal life.

NZHearld.com reported that Adele plans to disappear from the music scene for a while and focus on herself and then maybe head back into the recording studio. She also added that she will not be singing until the end of January or February.

Her fans have made this the musical year of Adele. Fans will just have to wait a few years for new Adele music, but these fans are dedicated and will happily wait for the "Someone Like You" singer to release new chart topping music.
