Affleck's reps refuse comment; friends say it's for real
According to Star and People magazines, Top-notch celebrity couple, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, have gotten engaged, eliciting yet another round of Bennifer jokes. The proposal reportedly happened during Garner's birthday party last Saturday, though Affleck's reps refused comment. The couple has been dating for nine months, and is the first relationship for Affleck since his highly-publicized engagement to pop star Jennifer Lopez. This will be the first marriage for Affleck and second for Garner who divorced husband Scott Foley in March 2004.
