Akon In Trouble

Police have identified the 15-year-old boy thrown off stage by rapper Akon at a New York concert this past weekend. The boy threw a small object from the crowd at the performer and barely missed. Akon then asked for the offender to be brought on stage, where he proceeded to pick the boy up over his head and throw him into the crowd.

The boy's mother called police to report the incident. Although it is not yet known if the boy was injured, the police are trying to find out whether or not he wants to press charges.

Akon was recently involved in another controversy over his antics on stage. Last April, he was forced to apologize when he danced sexually on stage with a 14-year-old girl at a concert in Trinidad.
