AM and Barker Attend Service

DJ AM and Travis Barker attend memorial service for Chris Baker, one of four who were killed in plane crash.

On Monday, September 29, 2008, DJ AM had already been released from the hospital on the previous Friday. Travis Barker, who only left the hospital the same day as the service, felt the same way. Both men found the strength to attend a memorial service for one of those who was less fortunate than they during the plane crash that "only" left them with 2nd and 3rd degree burns. (Travis's mobility, though, will be challenged for awhile as his feet were severely burned.) On the other hand, Chris Baker, along with three others, was killed by the crash. The two survivors sought help at Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta, Georgia. Though DJ AM has returned to Los Angeles (by bus), Us Magazine reports that both Travis and DJ AM wanted to attend the memorial.
