Amanda Bynes and the Beckhams Got into Separate Car Accidents

Amanda Bynes, 22, was involved in a minor car crash on Saturday afternoon in Los Angeles. Police have confirmed that there are no major injuries.

"Ms. Bynes was driving a BMW when she made an unsafe turn and another car hit her," LAPD Sgt. Murrel Pettway told People. "It was determined that she was at fault, but no crime was committed."

"The other driver complained of minor injuries," Sgt. Pettway added. "Drugs and alcohol were not involved. It was just a typical car accident. There was no serious damage to either vehicle."

The Beckhams, on the other hand, had their accident across the Atlantic Ocean on Friday in France. According to various reports, both David and Victoria walked away unscathed.

Perez Hilton wrote on his Web site that there were no other passengers except Posh and that no other vehicles were involved. He said that David was driving one of their BMWs from the family's French country home to an airport in Nice. He reportedly lost control of the car and crashed into a wall.

As a result, the car had a smashed windshield and extensive damage on the passenger side.

Sources saw David comforting his tearful wife in the car before he went off to the departure lounge, because he had to catch his flight to Beijing to represent London in the passing of the torch. One source said that he was forced to catch his flight, leaving a distraught Victoria with a wrecked Beemer.
