America's Next Top Model Ð Take Me to the Photo Shoot

Allison talks to Celia because she is worried about adjusting her facial features. Celia suggests moving her muscles; Celia thinks of sex to get her face adjusted. Aminat is worried about her pronunciation; she didn't show that she could actually say the word "choose."

There is a Tyra Mail and the girls hope it's a message about going abroad. Celia talks to London about her street preaching about Jesus. She is trying to be confident in Jesus because she knows that it was because of Jesus that she is there.

The girls walk to Jay Manuel. He explains his position as the creative director; it not only involves the photo shoots, it involves the clothes, makeup and hair. The girls have a challenge to be the creative director. Editor and Chief Ann Shoket arrives to judge. The theme is street clothes from Southpole Jr. The reward is a photo shoot that will be in the pages of Seventeen. The girls will be paired up to model each other.

Natalie's visions all come together as she dresses Teyona. Natalie's story is accentuating walking. Nicole wants to show motion. Jay is disappointed that one doesn't actually have to move to show movement.

Allison talks about her creative side. She makes sure that Aminat is still street ready. Allison suggests a jazz style. She then bends for a few shots. Allison makes her get back up and they have to readjust the lighting.

Fo knows that London has an obvious facial look, so the hair and makeup are easy. She's worried more about London looking fat. London apparently gained 10 to 15 pounds since the casting calls.

Aminat doesn't like Natalie, but she pushes everything aside and acts professional. She doesn't use her time well. Jay tells her that there is four minutes and Natalie's hair still has to be fixed. Aminat makes excuses that it's not her fault. Jay calls her out that she didn't adjust her time schedule.

Teyona has to dress Celia. She wants to make her street but still a diva. The styling impressed Jay and he wondered if Celia actually did it herself.

London has Allison and she's worried about Allison representing street clothing. She decides to make rocker sheik. London ends up dressing her like she would.

Celia wants masculine on top and feminine for the makeup on Fo. She gets a faux-hawk with feminine eyeliner. In the end she picks a photo that crops the shoes, disappointing Jay.

In judging, Jay is impressed by Aminat, but she was wasting time about lighting. London styled London on Allison, but she picked the correct shot. Teyona picked the wrong photo, but the styling was great. Aminat was worst in time management, but she picked the right photo. Jay explains that the winner is Teyona. She gets to pick two friends and decides to pick Celia and Aminat. The girls show up at the photo shoot and it is a color story. Teyona gets a light blue, Celia has a pink, and Aminat has a salmon-pink.

Back at the house, Celia thought Allison would win. The challenge did help Allison with her confidence. There's a Tyra Mail and it mentions R&B; the girls think the next challenge is a music video. Early in the morning Jay comes in and wakes the girls up. The hair and makeup crews come to the house and get the girls ready. The doorbell rings and Teyona opens the door to singer Ciara. Aminat runs to Ciara and hugs her. She explains that she's going to be in the shoot with them. Ciara suggests giving their all and having fun. The girls are bussed over to the photo shoot.

The photo shoot is on a stage. The girls are the obsessed fans intertwined in the microphone. Mike Ruiz is the photographer. He suggests the girls to be aware of their body. While the girls prep, Celia mentions being toned to fit in the clothes. London is nervous.

Celia is first and she does a good job. She's worried about having to steal the light from Ciara. Ciara is impressed by Celia's modeling. London is intertwined by the microphone and she's nervous about the weight poking out of the outfit.

My Life as a CoverGirl – Ashley's wish slowly comes true as McKey gets someone to teach Ashley how to model walk. They get her makeup ready and she goes out to walk fiercely.

London continues to stress about her body. She prays and hopes that she can perform like a true top model. Jay talks to someone else about how she gained a lot of weight. After the shot, he talks to London about the weight. He understands about stress, but he wonders that she can't cope in the real world.

Teyona is next and she hopes to outshine Ciara. She went really edgy and her shoot is a success. Natalie is next and her afro takes up half of the scene. Jay wants her to come out of her shell. Natalie tries to put more passion in her face and she growls like a tiger. Fo is next and she gives a lot of variety in her face. Jay lets Ciara takes a look at the photos.

When Allison goes, Jay reminds her to be like challenge Allison he saw. She tries harder after Jay tells her to stop hesitating. Aminat is next and she struggles with her body. Jay tells her that Aminat hasn't nailed any of her shots. Even after the criticism, she continues to struggle.

At home, the girls read the Tyra Mail about the girls going to judging. The girls talk about the photo shoot. Fo talks to Aminat about how badly Aminat did. London tells the other girls how Jay called her fat.

The girls show up to judging. Tyra mentions the prizes and the judges. The guest judge is Mike Ruiz, the photographer. During the judging a hot man walks in and kneels in front of her. He presents her with a tray of nuts. She exclaims that they are Brazil nuts and the girls will be going to Brazil. The girls cheer, but then realize that only six will go.

Natalie is first and she stands out in front of Ciara. Paula is a little scared by the look. Aminat looks good during judging, but looks vacant in her eyes in the shot. Paulina thinks that she looked lazy. Tyra thought she was lost. Celia is next and her look is good. Tyra compliments her outfit. Before the judges can comment Celia mentions that she likes the photo; Nigel agrees. Teyona's shot is fierce. Mike mentioned that she related with the environment. Tyra likes how she represented the obsessed fan in the shot.

London is next and it's a little over the top for Nigel. Tyra mentions that she smiles with her eyes automatically so she looks cartoonish if she forces more fierce into her eyes. Paulina doesn't think her angles work. Miss Jay thinks she's gotten too fat. Fo's shot was as great as her outfit. Allison is last and she finally has a different face. She now has an angry look. Mike is a little worried about the photo. She mentions that it's her favorite photo shoot and it upsets Nigel. She admits that she made a mistake saying that.

Top Models in Action – Bre – Bre is now a Ford Model and lives in New York. Hopefully she doesn't have problems with granola bars.

The judges deliberate and Natalie did decently. Aminat is good for runway but bad for print. She has everything there but it doesn't translate. Celia is a great stylist, but she's a little old. Teyona's shot is stunning and she's consistent. London has a good face, but she doesn't know her angles. Paulina thinks she's a good camera person. Fo's shot and body are great. Allison has a good portfolio, but it's still a little one-note.

Tyra announces the best picture: Teyona. She is followed by Fo, Natalie, Celia, and Allison. Aminat and London are the bottom two. Tyra first mentions the flaws with Aminat. She has a strong body and face but she may only be a runway model. London has the strongest bone structure and smile in her eyes, but she doesn't have strong photos. Aminat is called and she is shocked. Tyra tells her that she has a lot of work to do.
