The girls play with fire and try their hand on a retro commercial.

[America's Next Top Model – Season 16 Episode 4]

The girls come back from the house and Alexandria was worried about the bad attitude on set. Kasia talked to the girls about how she didn't think Alexandria should have been rewarded for being a diva. She's been modeling for three years and didn't appreciate the opportunity. Sara was depressed about her bottom two and she wanted to deal with her self-doubt. She felt less like a woman, but she needed to find her inner confidence. Several girls including Sara sat in one of the bedrooms and discussed their future plans. Alexandria immediately turns diva and announced how she will be working for IMG models; she questioned Sara's intentions.

A Tyra mail arrived and it warned about careers going in "flames." The next day the girls are shuttled to a runway challenge. Miss J announced that they would be modeling for Geoffrey Mac, who has designed for Lady GaGa. Dalya thought she had the walk, but Miss J pointed out a twist: fire. There was a degree of nervousness when the fire was turned on. The winner would get two dresses from the Geoffrey Mac collection. The girls got ready for hair and makeup. The hairstylist removed Molly's horrible hair extensions, but it left her with crazy hair. Hannah was worried about catching on fire. Miss J pointed out that if the girls did fall, they should clap their hands to put out the fire.

The fire ignited off the sides and all the girls were paralyzed in fear. Alexandria was first but looked really old. Brittani channeled the queen of fire. Mikaela, Jaclyn, and Molly walked without too much issue. Sara was scared as she struggled lighting herself. Kasia followed and she continued to be extra sexy for no reason. Dalya had a strong walk and closed the show. After the show, Miss J thought Sara's lighting was poor, but she recovered. Hannah lacked presence, and Kasia was too sexy in the face. Alexandria, Brittani, and Dalya were the best walkers and Dalya won the walking challenge. She won two dresses. Miss J pointed out one twist, the bottom three girls had to walk home.

The three walked back and Hannah was worried about getting mugged. Instead, the girls put on their heels and actually practiced how to walk. A Tyra Mail arrived and announced that the girls had to cause a "scene." There was a ring on the doorbell and it was another Tyra Mail with the scripts for the girls. Monique pointed out that it was for a coffee commercial filled with sexual innuendo. Sara felt uncomfortable trying to be a docile woman.

The girls arrived at Smashbox Studios and Jay pointed out a retro shoot. The photographer/director was Francesco Carrozzini and Jay pointed out that top models should be able to read lines. The girls had to be paired up for the commercial. The girls went to hair and makeup and prepare for their clothes. Jaclyn had a fake booty and loved it. Jay tried to explain to the girls how they have to be coy when giving their answers.

Brittani and Alexandria shot first and Alexandria may have gotten a bit too sexual. Brittani didn't like coffee and struggled with acting; she was in tears talking to Jay. Alexandria came in to help, but eventually got in charge trying to move cameramen and lighting. Fancesco had to reprimand her. Kasia and Jaclyn were next up and Jaclyn was a bit awkward. Kasia was naturally very good. Molly and Dalya were next, Dalya was a bit aggressive. Monique and Hannah's shot wasn't bad until Monique called "Fierce Roast" "French Roast" instead. Mikaela and Sara were last and Mikaela was shaking so the coffee cup was wiggling. Sara struggled with her directions and then put her thumb in the cup; she wasn't sexy at all.

Back at the apartment, the girls read the elimination mail. Dalya, Alexandria, and Brittani worried about the photo shoot; Brittani continued to complain about how bossy Alexandria was and wondered why she was getting so much praise. Sara was worried about being a horrible actress.

The girls arrived at judging and Tyra mentioned the prizes, introduced Andre Leon Talley, Nigel Barker, and Francesco Carrozzini. Monique and Hannah's commercial was first and Monique was giggling watching herself. The commercial was praised by Nigel, but Monique needed to go a bit further. Tyra wanted more cheeky moments. Jaclyn and Kasia's commercial followed; Tyra thought that it was a homerun. Nigel was won over by Kasia's eye motions. Alexandria and Brittani's commercial didn't have any connection between the two girls. Brittani's voice wasn't sexy, but Alexandria was too sexy. Francesco explained that Alexandria was taking the lead. Sara and Mikaela's shot was last and both weren't great. Nigel thought that Mikaela would have been great if it was a photo shoot. Dalya and Molly's shoot was last and Molly was a bit overacting; Dalya's movement wasn't strong enough.

After the deliberations Tyra announced the top actress this week was Kasia. The bottom two was Sara and Alexandria. Sara has an original face, but had a lack of confidence. Alexandria did a decent job, but she was too overbearing on set. Alexandria was safe and Sara was eliminated. Alexandria promised she wouldn't be aggressive again.
