Amy Poehler and Will Arnett expanding their comedy troupe

Bring on the clowns.

Comedic actors Amy Poehler and Will Arnett are expanding their funny family. Poehler has confirmed she is pregnant with the couple’s second child, according to MSNBC.com

Poehler, 38, has not confirmed a due date.

She and Arnett, despite their reputations for being funny, take parenthood much more seriously.

“As sort of clichéd as it sounds, it’s just the best,” Arnett, 39, has said. “Because it’s a human being that you’re responsible for…that’s scary, but even in its scariest moments it’s fantastic.”

According to E! News, Poehler’s pregnancy will not affect the filming of her hit show Parks and Recreation. Reps from NBC told E! the early season three pickup was designer to accommodate Poehler’s pregnancy.

“We’ll continue production of season three as soon as production of season two concludes. And we’ll be back next season with new episodes,” they said.

The couple already has one son together. Archie, 16 months, was born in October 2008.
