Amy Winehouse in Airline Brawl
Scandalous singer Amy Winehouse is hitting headlines just hours after returning to the UK, Digital Spy is reporting.
According to the Sun, Winehouse had to be physically restrained from attacking a fellow airline passenger on her flight back to London, after the troubled star became convinced the man was "giving her the eye."
A friend observed that Winehouse, 25, was nervous about returning to face her estranged husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, and "it didn't take much to push her over the edge." The singer has spent the last 71 days in St. Lucia, but returned to Britain to deal with the divorce proceedings launched by Fielder-Civil, 26, according to Now Magazine.
Just hours after her dramatic flight into Gatwick Airport, Winehouse was taken on a tour of her new £1.4 million townhouse in north London, which was chosen by Winehouse's mother, Janis, in the singer's absence. The property was chosen in part because of its proximity to Winehouse's parents, who want to keep "a strict eye" on their daughter, a source tells the Daily Mirror.
