Andrew Shue Ties the Knot
Former Melrose Place heart throb Andrew Shue made it official on Saturday afternoon in New York. Shue, best known for his role as Billy Campbell on the original Melrose Place married girlfriend and Weekend Today anchor Amy Robach in an intimate ceremony at The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers in New York.
Both Shue and Robach have been married before, and their 5 children from previous marriages made up the wedding party. Also in attendance was Shue’s sister Elisabeth known for her role in the classic film Adventures in Babysitting, along with Robach’s NBC coworkers Meredith Viera, Ann Curry, and Kathy Lee Gifford.
According to an article on People.com, Shue and Robach reported that the wedding was, “the most beautiful night in every way.”
The couple left for their honeymoon the next day, and will spend the next few days living as newlyweds in sunny Mexico.
