Kentucky gentlemen strike back against Dick

Comedian Andy Dick is in hot water following a sexual assault he allegedly committed two years ago.

Andy Dick, 35, who has appeared in several films ranging from Dude, Where's My Car? and Old School, as well as his own MTV show The Andy Dick Show and was a part of NBC's NewsRadio in the 1990s, has been accused of groping a bouncer and kissing a patron while in Kentucky.

This is not Dick's first run-in with the law, according to the Washington Post. He was arrested and plead guilty in 2008 for drug and battery charges and on drunken and disorderly conduct while at a restaurant in May.

Last year a man also sued Dick for exposing his genitals during a performance in Dallas.

Dick's Attorney Marc Williams defended his client, according to Huffington Post.

"This proves what we've known all along," he told the Herald-Dispatch of Huntington. "This was only about getting money from a celebrity."

Also according to the Huffington Post, Attorney Mike Woelfel, representing the accusers, said about Dick's actions, "What I see is a desire by the state and by the victims to assert that there is zero tolerance for sexual misconduct in whatever form it takes."
