Andy Dick exposes genitals again, being sued

It's not the first time that Andy Dick has been in trouble with the law over sexual antics. Or the second...or the third. In his most recent scuffle with the law, Dick is being sued for allegedly exposing his genitals during one of his shows in Dallas this past December.

The Plaintiff, Robert Tucker, told officials that Dick, 45, was dressed in a skirt and told the audience he wasn't wearing underwear beneath his skirt. He stood on top of a bar stool, lifted the skirt, held the plaintiff's head and forced his private parts against the left side of the plaintiff's head.

Tucker's attorney, Ed Moore, told E! that the plaintiff decided to file against the comedian after he started getting mocked at work, as the video of the indecent action can be found on YouTube. Tucker has also stated that he has been experiencing emotional distress and defamation since the event. He is seeking unspecified damages.

In the past, Dick has been sued for sexual battery, arrested for pulling down the shirt of a female in 2008, and in 2010 was convicted of two counts of sexual abuse.
