Andy Dick's Charges Reduced

The comedian will no longer face felony charges of sexual battery. About a month ago, Dick was arrested at a Buffalo Wild Wings about 80 miles east of L.A. and charged with drug possession and sexual battery. When the police were investigating the scene, a 17-year-old told the police that Dick "grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts." The police also found Xanax and marijuana, and a very intoxicated Dick. Dick was brought into police custody, but released after paying $5,000 bail.

The 42-year-old actor was once an actor on NewsRadio, but it seems that now his "fame" is solely because of his personal behavior. In 2007, he was told to leave Jimmy Kimmel Live for refusing to stop fondling Ivanka Trump. Last year, Dick was also cited for public urination in Columbus, Ohio. Before that, Dick's charges were mostly for drug possession, and other behavior that can be attributed to the effects of drug use.
