Angeline Jolie Suffered a Minor Injury on Set of New Movie

Sony Pictures Entertainment refused to release details, but issued a statement saying that Angelina Jolie had "sustained a minor injury" while filming an action sequence for her new film, "Salt."

According to Entertainment Weekly, the actress bumped her head and suffered a small cut between her eyes. Jolie was taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure, though the injury was never that serious, according to Sony. Jolie was released after thorough examination, and the mother of six is now back to work.

Jolie was treated at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, according to hospital spokeswoman Terry Lyrman, who declined to further comment on the actress's treatment.
