Anna Nicole Had Cosmetic Surgery Shortly Before Death

MSNBC reports that Anna Nicole Smith had breast surgery to repair one of her implants shortly before her death, last Thursday. This forced her to take over 10 different types of prescription pain killers, of which she may have taken "excessive amounts." Although the official cause of Smith's death has not been confirmed by an autoposy, yet, the website TMZ suggests that plastic surgery can have fatal results and cause seizures, heart attacks, and high fevers, which may or may not lead to a person's death. TMZ also goes as far as to question whether Smith's "flu like symptoms over the few days leading up to her death, were caused inadvertently by the surgery," stating, "It's quite possible that the star died of a massive infection, perhaps complicated by an accidental overdose of prescription drugs."
