Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer is baby's father

Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer revealed on CNN Tuesday that he is the father of Smith's baby daughter. He also said their baby is a "ray of light" for them right now, since they have been mourning over the death of Smith's 20-year-old son.

Daniel Smith died mysteriously in the Bahamas three days after his mother had given birth to his sister. There is still no determination of the cause of death.

Stern said he picked up Daniel at the airport to go see his mother and seemed completely fine, except for the comment of being tired. He then said Smith noticed he wasn't breathing after waking up in the hospital room.

Smith's and Stern's long-term goals were to stay in the Bahamas and get married, in order for Smith to have a "normal" life.
