Anna Nicole's Baby's Daddy Revealed

Tuesday, a Bahamian court revealed that Larry Birkhead was indeed the father of 7-month-old Dannielynn, daughter of deceased Anna Nicole Smith.

Though it was previously believed the results would be revealed at 10:00 a.m., the court did not begin proceedings until 2:30 p.m., leaving many on edge waiting for the results. Once court convened it was revealed that Larry Birkhead is most definitely the father of Dannielynn.

However, the baby will not simply be handed over to Birkhead, as custody issues still must be dealt with in court. Stern is not expected to challenge the findings and fight for custody, but the same cannot be said for Virgie Arthur, who is expected to fight for the custody of her granddaughter.

There is also the issue of the Marshall estate (worth $423 million) and who will administer it. Stern was named trustee for Daniel Smith, but due to his death and the fact that Dannielynn wasn't listed at all on the will raises problems. Will Stern continue to serve as trustee or will Dannielynn's father, Birkhead, assume the role as administrator? Whoever is chosen is set to earn 3 percent a year - approximately $12.6 million.
