Anna Paquin: Simulating sex with my husband on ‘True Blood’ isn’t weird

Anna Paquin is open about her sexuality, and doesn’t mind being sexual with her husband and love interest on True Blood, Stephen Moyer, in front of cameras and crew while shooting love scenes.

“Maybe it should be weird, simulating sex with your husband in front of people? But it's really not," the actress, 28, told V Magazine. "When it's a love scene with someone you actually love, there's no feeling like, 'Can I touch him here? Can I touch him there?' You know what your boundaries are – or what they aren't, I suppose."

Paquin, who married Moyer, 41, in 2010, may know her husband’s boundaries, but she’s not concerned with diehard fans getting inappropriate.

"There's probably something wrong with me, but I find it amusing to watch these men and women fawn all over [Moyer]," she added. "It's not like anyone's really trying to do anything inappropriate. They just want him to hug them ... or bite them."

Paquin, along with being openly sexual onscreen, and open with fan reactions to her husband, isn’t concerned about what others think of her sexuality.

She came out as a bisexual in 2010, and explained, "Frankly, no one had ever asked me before. My sexuality is something I'm completely comfortable with and open about. Who people choose to sleep with – or spend their lives with – shouldn't matter."
