Famous photographer's debt may cost her her dearest works.

Annie Liebovitz, probably the most famous photographer alive if not ever, may have to sell her photography portfolio to pay off debts. The artist had owed money to a number of different sources before consolidating her debt with Art Capital Group, a banking organization. The total amount of her debts to the ACG totals $24 million, and if she is not able to pay back the group by Tuesday, Sep. 8, she will lose her photography portfolio and multiple homes that she is in possession of.

Liebovitz's career has spanned several decades and produced some of the most famous photographs ever. Some of her most famous works include the last photo of John Lennon, taken just hours before his death, a pregnant Demi Moore from 1991 that captured the public, and countless photos published in Rolling Stone, Vogue, and Vanity Fair.
