Another Buffy Movie in the Works?

Buffy the Vampire Slayer, which ran for seven years on the WB and UPN, is going to become a movie yet again. This time around it will not include the show's creator, Joss Whedon.

The omission has a lot of people wondering how you can make a movie without its creator.

Whedon kept his answer simple and short. According to EntertainmentWeekly.com, Whedon's only words were "I hope it's cool".

Is it that Whedon is angry about the whole ordeal, and kept his answer as generic as possible? Or does he really hope the movie does well without him, seeing as the first attempt of "Buffy" in 1992 didn't do so well. Whatever the case may be, there's still a lot of criticism on the making of the movie without the show's original creator.

Yes, Whedon is the person most associated with "Buffy," but what a lot of people don't know is Kuzui Enterprises have held onto the rights since the very beginning.

Will the movie be a hit or another flop? Everyone, including myself, is waiting to see, what will happen this time with new and improved "Buffy."
