Another lawsuit for Lindsay Lohan

A woman claiming Lindsay Lohan and her Maserati hit her in September 2010 slapped the actress with a lawsuit Wednesday.

The woman, Nubia Del Carmen Preza, lawsuit states Lohan hit her while she was pushing a child in a stroller and walking through West Hollywood intersection.

According to TMZ and witnesses, the child was unharmed even though 3 of the four stroller wheels went flying through the air after the accident.

"She was in shock and Hispanic so she was scared,” one of the witnesses told TMZ.

However, Preza is suing because she suffered "disabling and serious personal injuries, pain, suffering and anguish.” She is seeking her medical expenses and lost time at work, USA Today reports.

This is the second of two automobile-centered lawsuits filed against the actress this month. A photographer, Grigor Balyan, filed a suit Jan. 10 claiming Lohan struck him January 2010.

The Mean Girls actress is currently serving probation for a 2007 drink driving case filed after she was arrested twice in one year for driving while under the influence.

Lohan’s spokesman or her attorneys had no idea they had been served with the lawsuit and could not make a comment.
