Another Wardrobe Malfunction Ruining a Performance

While singing Dolly Parton's famous song, "9 to 5," Jessica Simpson was struggling with the words, holding up her strapless dress and dealing with being star struck in front of Dolly Parton herself.

Simpson was performing at a tribute to Dolly Parton when she fumbled through the lyrics and yelled to Parton how she made her so nervous.

People watching could tell that Simpson was struggling with the dress and blames a lot of the performance on the falling down dress. No one wanted Simpson to have to go through what Janet Jackson did at the Super Bowl a few years ago. Holding on is better than bearing it all. Right Janet?

Simpson was so devastated of her performance, she ran off stage and cried into the arms of recently divorced Reese Witherspoon. The performers later came back on stage and Simpson had tears in her eyes as Witherspoon consoled her.

On "Boxing Day," the event will be aired on TV in the U.S. but Simpson's act will not be used. It was reported that she was even asked to redo the song.
