Another Year Gone, Another Blackwell's List

Every year since 1960, Blackwell has an annual "10 worst dressed women of the year" award that he gives out.

This year marks his 47th annual award. And who topped his list? Is it really that hard to figure out?

The dynamic duo, Britney Spears and Paris Hilton, won hand in hand the number one spot. He called the girls, "two peas in an overexposed pod," along with calling them "Screamgirls," as well.

Camilla Parker-Bowles followed directly after the two party girls. "The Duchess of Dowdy strikes again," Blackwell stated. "In feathered hats that were once the rage, she resembles a petrified parakeet from the Jurassic age. A royal wreck."

And Blackwell couldn't leave out Hilton's former partner in crime and recovering alcoholic, Lindsay Lohan. She brought in the bronze medal at number three. Blackwell said that Lohan went from "adorable to deplorable" over the years.

Apparently, Blackwell doesn't care for the new cleaned up, glam Christina Aguilera either, since he said she "puts good taste through the wardrobe wringer. All crass and no class."

Mariah Carey and American Idol's Paula Abdul also showed their names on the list. "Mariah the fashion pariah ... the queen of catastrophic kitsch," and American Idol judge, Paula Abdul, as "a fallen fashion idol," stated the one time actor, but the now fashionista.

And on the bottom of the list, Sharon Stone, Grey's Anatomy Sandra Oh, and The Devil Wears Prada herself, Meryl Streep, also caught Blackwell's eye of disgust.

So who does Blackwell like? Well he did tie in the 10 "fabulous fashion independents," which included: actresses Kate Winslet, Angelina Jolie and Helen Mirren, singers Barbra Streisand and Beyonce, politician Nancy Pelosi, Princess Charlotte of Monaco, model Heidi Klum and actresses Katie Holmes and Marcia Cross.
