Any Winehouse Arrested for More Questioning

Amy Winehouse was arrested Wednesday in order to be interviewed about a widely circulated video in which she may have been smoking drugs, according to MTV.com.

In the video, given to police by British tabloid The Sun, it looks as though Winehouse is inhaling crack from a glass pipe. According to TMZ.com, Winehouse was arrested after the scheduled meeting today with British police for alleged possession of a controlled drug.

This is the second time Winehouse has been arrested recently, according to MTV.com. Last month, the singer got off easy after slapping a man in a bar. However, Winehouse's spokesperson confirmed for MTV News at 2:30 p.m. ET that the singer was still in police custody.

Winehouse has yet to release a new album after her 2006 breakthrough album, Back to Black, as reported by MTV.com. Even though she is working on her new album in the studio, MTV.com reported that her spokesperson said although the singer has been in the studio, there is currently no timetable for the new album's release.
