Are Kids in the Works for DeGeneres and de Rossi?

The newlyweds are undecided about the possibility of having children.

Ellen DeGeneres and new wife Portia de Rossi have not even been married for a week, but the two are already considering adding to their family, People Magazine reports.

"We go back and forth," de Rossi tells the magazine about having children. "I don't know if it's in our immediate future. It's something we talk about every few months."

The 35-year-old de Rossi and 50-year-old DeGeneres have seriously considered the option, and claim they are clear on how much work it would be. "It's something we would never take lightly and just say, 'That would be fun.' It's a lot of work and we recognize that," the talk show host explains. "In a way, we want to be selfish because we love our life, but we know how much that adds to it."

Though the couple's weekend wedding is only just behind them, it is clear that this issue is one they will be considering in the future.

"If they would be as pretty as Brad and Angelina's kids, we might," DeGeneres joked.

The latest issue of People Magazine, on newsstands now, contains exclusive pictures and interviews with the new couple regarding both their wedding and plans for their future.
