Armstrong Reveals Details of Crow Split

In his new autobiography, Lance Armstrong claims Sheryl Crow's desire for family doomed their relationship.

Lance Armstrong blames bad timing for the demise of his relationship with singer Sheryl Crow. In his autobiography entitled "Lance," the seven time Tour de France champ claims that he and Crow, his former fiancee, held different opinions regarding marriage and children.

"She wanted marriage, she wanted children; and not that I didn't want that, but I didn't want that at that time because I had just gotten out of a marriage, I'd just had kids (Luke, Grace and Bella)," Armstrong states in his autobiography.

The couple called it quits in 2006, after three years of dating.

"I felt like I wasn't ready," Armstrong said. "I would have been in the future, but not then."

In November 2007, Crow adopted a two-week-old baby boy, Wyatt. In December, Armstrong announced that his current girlfriend, Anna Hansen, was expecting his fourth child. The baby is due in June.

Armstrong's autobiography "Lance," is slated for release in July.
