Ashlee Simpson has a beef with Perez Hilton
Ashlee Simpson is lashing out against celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton this week because he supposedly reported a false story about her and her husband, Fall Out Boy rocker Pete Wentz. Hilton posted a blog on his Web site stating Simpson started a fight, while intoxicated, with Wentz at Wentz's one-year anniversary party for his bar, Angels and Kings. Hilton stands by his story and said he can name sources to confirm the argument. Ashlee Simpson tweeted on the subject, saying, "Look in the mirror. Do you even feel human? Karma is a bch. Your story is WAY off."
Perhaps the reason for Simpson's anger is because Hilton may have exaggerated the story. SFGate.com claimed that witnesses had apparently seen Simpson in an attempt to force her husband to leave their party, and one of Hilton's comments about the altercation was, "Are they on the brink of divorce?" Simpson still claims that nothing happened between her and Wentz.
