Ashley Greene Denies Adrian Grenier Romance Rumors

Ashley Greene says that she and "Entourage" star Adrian Grenier are not an item, according to People Magazine.

"I have only met him once . . . we actually started talking about environmental stuff," said the "Twilight" actress.

It all started when they exchanged greetings while hanging out in Santa Barbara, California. From there, the two were linked.

One witness said that the pair caught the flirtatious bug and danced the night away at Oakley's as if they were officially a couple.

According to Us Weekly and aceshowbiz.com, Greene said she doesn't know how the gossip started, but shared that she and Grenier met by happenstance, "and we chatted and of course there happened to be a picture taken of that."

She says dating does not fit into the equation, because for one, she's been single for quite some time now. Greene adds that Grenier isn't the first person she's been connected to, leaving the specifics to the imagination.
