Ashley Tisdale, Leah Remini make Funny or Die skit poking fun at 'Toddlers and Tiaras'

Tisdale plays a 25-year-old who still competes in the 5 to 7 age group pageants

TLC’s Toddlers and Tiaras has become a wide topic of discussion, as the show features mere toddlers dressing up as adults.

Funny or Die has now joined in on that discussion, mixing in a little humor while they’re at it. High School Musical actress, Ashley Tisdale, and Leah Remini appear in a new skit poking fun at the show.

Tisdale, 25, plays Makenzie, who refuses to stop competing in the five to seven-year-old pageants. Her mother, Juana, is played by Remini, The New York Daily News reports.

"She's been in 5,000 pageants and won 3,213 crowns. It makes it all worth it,” says Remini.

Making light of the recent controversy over the toddlers’ costumes, Remini also says "Some of the judges were concerned that Makenzie's outfits were too promiscuous. But when she was younger, they were cute. Please! Semantics,” iVillage Entertainment reports.
