Audriana Lima, Marko Jaric Expecting First Child

Newlywed Brazillian supermodel Audriana Lima and her husband, Marko Jaric, are expecting their first child together. The Victoria's Secret model and her NBA star husband will welcome the baby this winter, according to Lima's rep.

"Adriana and Marko are overjoyed that they are expecting their first child together and are excited to share the happy news and start their family together," Lima's rep confirmed to People magazine.

Lima and Jaric, who plays professional basketball for the Memphis Grizzlies, first met in 2006, and were engaged on Lima's 27th birthday. The couple eloped this year on Valentine's Day in a private ceremony in Jackson Hole, Wy.

Although Lima shot to fame with her Victoria Secret modeling career, she was quick to note her personal views regarding the birds and the bees. In an interview with GQ magazine in 2006, Lima revealed that she was saving herself for marriage.

"Sex is for after marriage," Lima said. "They [men] have to respect that this is my choice. If there's no respect, that means they don't want me."
