A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge issued a temporary retraining order on Thursday against a man stalking "The Hills" star Audrina Patridge.
Zachory Loring, 24, will not be able to come within 100 yards of the reality star or her brother, Mark, with whom she lives.
Loring came to Patridge's home last month, saying that he was a fan. He gave Patridge poems written to her and a photo of a woman being strangled. He returned to her house again later, staying for seven hours. A third time, he came and stayed by some trash cans.
"Ms. Patridge is in great fear of returning to her home and is currently staying outside of Los Angeles County due to her fear for her personal and physical safety," Patridge's attorney wrote in the restraining order petition, the Associated Press reported.
Loring was arrested on Aug. 30 but has now been released.
Patridge's new film, "Sorority Row," opened in theaters on Friday.
