Audrina Patridge Has New Home

Audrina Patridge is all moved out and couldn't be happier with her new pad, reports Us Magazine.

"It's amazing. I love it. So beautiful," the Hills star told Us Magazine of her new three-bedroom, 2,100 square foot, Hollywood Hills house.

The new place comes with the heavy reported price tag of $1.2 million, but Patridge says it was well worth it.

"I love the house. I saw it, and I fell in love with it," the star continued to Us Magazine.

It is reported that among the features of the house are a wine refrigerator, outdoor barbecue, fountains, as well as a view of the city.

Patridge also commented to Us Magazine about her friendship with ex-housemate Lauren Conrad, saying, "Nothing has changed."

This was right in step with an earlier comment from Conrad who said that despite the recent drama surrounding their friendship, the move was, "under friendly terms."

A source also confirmed this sentiment telling the magazine, "It was time for Audrina to take the next big step."

She may be out on her own now, but according to Patridge, she will hardly have any time to be home due to a busy work schedule.

"I'm still filming season four of The Hills until December, and I'm going to Pittsburgh to film Sorority Row. My schedule is so crazy right now, but I love it. I like to be busy."
