'Avatar' Villian Stephen Lang Confirmed in 'Conan' Reboot
Stephen Lang, now very well known for his role as Colonel Miles Quaritch, will be taking on the role as a different sort of villain. This time, he's putting away the mech-walker and machine gun for a sword and shield, as he will be the villain in the upcoming movie Conan.
According to MTV.com, Lang will play the villain warlord known as Khalar Singh, a demon-worshiping bloodhound. Apparently, he wants to find the Queen and use her blood to bring life to Acheron's demonic army and, in the process, make himself ruler of that army. But of course, Conan will be there to take his revenge on the warlord.
Jason Momoa, who starred in the Stargate: Atlantis series as well as Baywatch will play Conan, while Rachel Nichols will play Tamara.
"I have no idea how I'm going to do it," Lang said. "First I'm going to find out how I'm going to sound. I'm going to get back on a Mongolian pony and ride like the wind. I'm going to flash my scimitar. I'm going to cut the nuts off Conan and his father."
