Bach and Hasselhoff's Legal Battle Continues

Bach ordered to move out, or move on.

It appears that Pamela Bach and David Hasselhoff could be playing musical houses sometime in the near future. Judge Mark Juhas of the Los Angeles Superior Court has ordered Bach to either move out of her current residence, which she once shared with Hasselhoff, or switch houses with him. Bach has asked for a three month extension to have Hasselhoff's accounts further analyzed. She has until Wednesday to make a decision, and if she moves, she will be granted an extension.

Hasselhoff was granted sole legal custody and primary physical custody of the estranged couple's two daughters; Taylor, 17, and Hayley, 15. Bach lost custody in June. If Bach agrees to Juhas' order, Hasselhoff and his daughters will move back to their Encino, Calif., estate, and Bach will relocate to where the three are currently residing. At present, Hasselhoff has paid over $1 million in legal fees, and there is no substantiating evidence that he has a foreign bank account, as Bach claims.
