The Bachelor Moves Out!

Stories have circulated that Matt Grant, of The Bachelor: London Calling, has moved out of his fiancee, Shayne Lamas's, condo.

He insists, however, that the relationship is going great, as he told People. "Early on in the relationship, people need a little space," said Grant. "It's almost to keep the spark-the romance-that exists in the first year of a relationship. Living together after knowing one another after four months is probably a little bit quick. Certainly for our generation."

"I had to get my own life out here [in L.A.]," he added. "Get my career and friends and have my own circle. That's important in a relationship. That you are not entirely on top of someone."

People reports that there have been rumors of friction and falling out between the two since he gave Lamas the rose and the engagement ring, but Grant denied everything. Despite it having been "a difficult time," he says that he has no second thoughts about their engagement. "I made the right decision," he said.

When asked if the two are in love, Grant responds: "Definitely. I wouldn't be engaged if I wasn't."
